Art is unquestionably one of the purest and highest elements in human happiness. It trains the mind through the eye, and the eye through the mind. As the sun colours flowers, so does art colour life. ― John Lubbock CONGRATULATIONS ON SALE!

Artist's Description

Pastel Sea
Coronado, California

Storms bring beauty as they clear from a location. Combine that with sunset, just the right tide level, some nice waves, not too big, not too small, some rocks and a daring photographer willing to stand precariously on and between slippery moss-covered rocks and you have the potential for a beautiful photograph. And I only experienced a mild soaking! -Dan McGeorge
