I had taken a few night sky photographs of the Hotel Del on a clear, cold starry winter night. They were beautiful and well-received images. A good friend and fellow photographer mentioned it was too bad I didn't do photoshop manipulation of my photographs other than simple darkroom work because adding a Santa and sleigh would really be neat. I thought about it and then figured "why not?" There's a first time for everything, and no danger of many people thinking I was pulling a fast one.
